Dr. Palmer was great when I had problems with my left eye. It wasn't pink eye or an infection, but it was very irritated. She looked at this as a challenge and was SO helpful. She prescribed eyedrops with steroids to help with my condition. Unfortunately, we no longer have prescription insurance, so she got on the phone and called around to find the cheapest deal for me! That was going above and beyond and I really appreciated it. She is now our family optometrist!
