Rude and gave incorrect information
This provider gave me incorrect information about insurance covering my medication, was rude when I questioned her, and hung up on me. I confirmed with her employer that the information she gave me was factually inaccurate. She would not even attempt to listen to my questions and said “don’t argue with me, I work here”. I would never want to have a provider that cared so little about her patients that she couldn’t confirm simple information.

Telehealth
Amazing provider! Really listened to me and seemed to care. She took the time to explain what was going on and answer all of my questions. She didn't just throw antibiotics at me and tell me to have a nice day. I wish she could be my primary care provider.
