Absolutely horrific
Aside from the fact that the waiting room is filthy, dead cockroaches on the floor, dirty furniture, etc. This provider skipped 2 teleconference appointments in a row because they were 'too busy' after referring me to specialists who are no longer accepting patients. The office manager who is also the doctors wife was verbally abusive on the phone when I explained that I needed care and would not be able to continue coming there if they cannot keep their appointments. She was disgustingly rude and unprofessional and when I mentioned her one and two star reviews she proceeded to ask me where I worked because she wanted to leave me negative reviews and followed it up with 'don't you worry about my reviews'. She then scheduled an in person appointment for me at 4:30pm to which I showed up. Made me wait over a half hour in the waiting room to bring me into her office to tell me that they were discharging me because AMBETTER insurance contacted her regarding a grievance I posed and that the

Jennifer graduated from Florida International University in 1997 with her BSN and spent most of her work experience in critical care. She graduated from South University, with high honors, in 2018 as a Family Nurse Practitioner and went on to Chatham University for her Doctorate of Nursing Practice.
