Called Heidi and took my aids right in. One wasn’t working at all. Heidi took them right in and solved the issue in less than 15 minutes! Heidi is just amazing and so very nice. Her customer care is just the best. Thanks Heidi!!

These folks always take great care of me! Laura and Heidi have been wonderful about explaining things to me and making sure that my hearing aids are operating at their best. They are kind and quick to answer any questions that I have! Dr. Beebe has been amazing and is extrordinary in her knowledge and care.

My hearing aids had two issues after they came back from the factory.. i called to make an appointment and was able to get one for the next day! Both issues were resolved in just a few minutes and to my complete satisfaction.

After years of ignoring symptoms of hearing loss, a quick visit to Jennifer at the Senor Fair convinced me that further testing was needed. With a referral from my primary care physician, medicare covered the cost, and a thorough exam by Dr. Bebee proved that I was suffering from hearing loss. I weighed the effect of my diminished state with the garbled conversations, and potential cognitive decline, and decided on the purchase of hearing aids. I was skeptical at first because many of my friends had bad experiences with hearing aids. I dropped in at the Grand Junction office to have my non-functioning hearing aid looked at and hopefully repaired. Jeff greeted me as I walked in the door and immediately went to see if my hearing aid could be repaired. He was back in less than 5 minutes with my hearing aid functioning again. Jeff was a pleasure and made my day.

This office is spot on, they want you to be able to hear well. I just ordered new ones, they will be Bluetooth and no batteries. I’ve been wearing aid since 1990 and Dr. Beebee is excellent. Everyone in the office is so caring and efficient. If you can’t hear, go visit them.

There is a big difference between a hearing doctor and a hearing aid salesperson. Thank goodness Dr. Bebee was able to get my hearing problems solved with state of the art hearing aids. My old obsolete hearing aids that I got from a salesperson were horrible. I didn't know how bad they were until she worked with me finding just the right ones. And I don't need batteries! Very affordable too. If you have hearing problems, make sure you visit Dr. Jennifer Bebee first before you go anywhere. She knows what she's doing!
