Whoever said Jenn is “unprofessional” clearly was never client of hers. Jenn is one of the most caring and professional therapists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the initial evaluation of my daughter, through months of therapy, her enthusiasm and sheer care for my daughter shine through. My child is excited to go to speech because Miss Jenn is excited to see her. I’ve never been to an office that takes such time and care, not only for therapy, but for parent education. We are a part of the process and they provide tools and strategies for success. I’m so happy we found Miss Jenn and ConnectPathways!

I can not recommend Miss Jenn and Connect Pathways enough. My 3 year old was diagnosed with speech delay and apraxia. During my first phone call to inquire about services, Miss Jenn gave me helpful tips to use with my son right off the bat. After several weeks of therapy, we are already seeing a difference. Besides the improvement in speech, I really appreciate that Miss Jenn takes the time to talk with me and walk me through the process so I understand her techniques. I’m so thankful my son loves going each week!
