I went in for anxiety and came out with more anxiety. Another doctor who “knows it all” and doesn’t take time to listen to your concerns. Also, receptionist laughed when I explained why I was coming in to see her...

Jenni is my primary care physician as well as my first contact for any gynecological concerns. She is excellent at explaining the affects of medications, catching up with me on my progress, and keeping in touch when new appointments needs to be scheduled. She is blunt about her opinions with certain medications, but she always encourages me to tell her what I feel most comfortable with. I will say that she works in a college town, and a lot of her expertise translates well to someone like me (early 20's female, she helped get me on birth control and did my first well-woman's exam with me). I see some bad reviews on here that really don't seem to complain about her, just about the place where she works and the policies there or about laws regarding medications. Since starting with her I moved to Sandy but I still travel to Provo for my doctor's appointments so that I can continue to work with her.

Incompetent. Took me off heart meds because of “policy”, told me to exercise more and eat healthy when I had repeated dislocations and could not keep food down. Constantly invalidating me. Literally would google my rare conditions every time I came in. Bossy about birth control methods-didn’t like me being on the pill because of her own preference. Wouldn’t treat conditions correctly because of “policy” basically didn’t treat anything and would say “oh you’re better now.” Never saw the real doctor she worked under. Never ordered tests-even routine bloodwork to monitor my malnourishment.

I’ve had multiple experiences with Jenni and all of them were positive. I even contacted her once when I had a crisis internationally and she was kind, understanding, and provided me the quick info I needed. Jenni listened to me and then provided me great advice and direction on how we should deal with my illness. She is direct, informative, and really focuses on getting me healthy quick again. Loved her and will be back.

Jenni Clark is a fantastic provider. I have been to see her on multiple occasions over the last year and have never been disappointed. She is genuinely interested in helping you and wants only the best for you. I have dealt for years with feeling sick in the morning and have never been able to figure out why. Jenni was able to help me with this and it was a simple fix! I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend her to others. Great doctor.

I’ve seen many medical professionals over the years and have had my share of unpleasant visits that I walk away frustrated from. My visits with Jenni have NOT been that way! She has been very knowledgable, has a desire to help & is willing to go the extra mile. I have been back to visit a couple of times and will continue to do so & recommend her to anyone who wants a doctor who doesn’t beat around the bush & knows her stuff.

I seriously loved my visit with Jenni. I felt comfortable and she was able to address all of my concerns. She helped talk me through the options to find out what was best for me. It was a breeze. I love visits like this that are so easy. She also was personable and had an awesome attitude, I will definitely be seeing her again. :)

I wouldn't waste my time or money visiting Jenni Clark ever again. I took my toddler in to get a rather large bump checked behind his ear. She told me it was fine and would go away on its own in a few days. Well it didn't and he kept pulling on his ear. So I took him into a specialist. The ENT found a bead in his ear that had been in there for a couple of weeks. After it was removed he was completely content again. If you don't mind paying for a Dr to do nothing you've picked the right one.

I LOVE JENNI! I usually see other providers in the office, but saw her today for the first time and I am definitely going to be seeing her again. She was so nice and so funny. She put me at ease about all my concerns.

As others have stated, I wanted to add my experience with Jenni Clark being someone who will talk over you, talk at you not to you, and just comes off as arrogant and unhelpful. I've visited with her a few times when I feel I need the soonest appointment available, and each time I leave disappointed and feeling disrespected. I've felt rushed in and out, and like my concerns were not adequately addressed. I'm also pretty sure she doesn't familiarize herself with her patient's charts beforehand.

I was originally scheduled to se someone else in the office who was very behind, the staff asked if I'd be willing to see Jenni, to which I agreed to. Biggest mistake of my life. I went in because my foot suddenly was super swollen. I was diagnosed with Gout. My uric acid test was normal I had no symptoms of gout. Ok was misdiagnosed and am now on my 2nd surgery because my foot was broken. Would not recommend her for anything. Very know it all and will not be questioned as she doesn't LISTEN.

I absolutely ADORE Jenni Clark! I don't visit Doctors offices that often because I'm a little afraid of going to the Doctor, but after speaking with Jenni Clark about my concerns she put me completely at ease. She was attentive, kind and very personable. I'll definitely be seeing her again!

she spent more time talking over me, while I was trying to explain where I was coming from, rather than talking to me. She was a little combative when I expressed concerns. Not someone I would be comfortable with medical questions or treating me.
