Took me years to find the right help!
I always used my insurance to find a therapist and while they were ok they were never what i wanted or needed. I don't need talk therapy I needed and wanted to do the work to get to the root of my issues and thankfully I went to google to find someone in my area and I found Jennifer. She has helped me with exercises to help me when i feel overwhelmed or spirally out with my overwhelming thoughts which i have been able to greatly reduce the frequency of. I have learned how to work though challenging moments with some challenging people in my life.I cannot say enough how much she has helped me deal with life and to grow as a person. my only regret was that it took so long to find her.
