Judgment and Ignorant
I saw Jennifer because I was really struggling with my depression. I was in a very low place in my life and was needing help. Jennifer was unkind and told me I did not have depression. Without going into too much detail, it’s difficult to reach out for help and essentially have someone tell you that you don’t need it. I stopped seeing Jennifer and felt so ridiculous for seeking help. I didn’t want to reach out to anyone else for a long time, but I finally did and I’m happy to say I found a very helpful therapist.
