I have been going to Jennifer Esse for almost 8 years and have nothing but praise for her and her staff. She is competent, fair and kind. She stays up to date and takes the time to get to know you. When an improvement comes along, she makes certain to let her patients know about it. My life has improved greatly since receiving her help with my hearing. Going to her office is a pleasure. Parking is provided, and the staff is friendly and helpful. With an appointment, the wait is never very long and I have always felt that enough time was spent with me. I highly recommend her. I give her a 5 star rating.
