Did not properly locate proper meridian point for needle insertion. resulting in pain and range of motion complications, for more than 5 weeks now. I have been using acupuncture for 30 years and know how it is to be performed. She did not have the physical strength to perform spinal manipulation, nor did she palpate the spine to physically locate the exact problem areas. I pay co-pay 1st of every month (disabled Veteran). I have $100.00 + balance. that has not been refunded.
