I was referred to Dr. Flack by a previous doctor when he retired. I recently experienced some depression so I called the office. The first time I called I spoke to a receptionist who took my information, said she would check with Dr. Flack and she'd get back to me 'in a few minutes'. She never called. The second time I got voice mail so I left my info. No call back. The third time the receptionist said that they were not accepting patients but she would check and call me back quickly. Nothing
