Friendly and professional service
I've been going to Jennifer for well over a year, and she's given wonderful care. I'm surprised by the last review as I've never had or seen an issue with courteousness or attentiveness; she's always very attentive, incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and ready to give advice. She clearly knows what she's talking about when it comes to chiropractic and corporeal health; she's helped me understand a lot about spinal health and such.If she's running late, I've waited 10 minutes maybe, but not more. The office is certainly caught in a bit of a time warp, even playing 60s or 80s music or something, which I find charming, but it's not at all unclean or even a bit messy. It's tidy, and always pleasantly decorated for whatever holiday may be coming up. Could it do with an update? For sure. But, it's the treatment and care you get that really matter.I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Not ethical, nor reputable
'Dr. Jennifer L. Franz is not at all reputable. She defrauds businesses and never makes good on purchases. So, if you do use her services, don’t pay her. She thinks it’s okay to not pay for other’s services. So she must not expect payment for her services. '
