Dr. Jennifer Grune, DNP

Dr. Grune was our family doctor for a couple of years. My experience with her practice was awful.The staff rotates out so quickly, I had to re-explain my complex medical condition to 3 separate providers in 4 months. At one visit, the staff member failed to take any notes. Dr Grune seemed annoyed with me at this error.Having met twice, she incorrectly diagnosed me with an unrelated condition. When I let her know that none of my past or current providers, who knew me far longer, thought I had this condition, she began yelling that I should 'go ahead and diagnose myself'. I found myself in tears and apologizing to her though I don't think I did anything wrong. My young kids who witnessed this were confused, scared, and asked me why she was so angry.Worst of all, the 'treatment' she recommended exacerbates the condition I do in fact have. I'm grateful I had other providers to advise me or I don't know if I'd be here today. Dr. Grune is careless and unprofessional at best. BEWARE.

Dr. Grune was my PCP through my most major health challenges, including depression and stage 3 cancer. Thanks to her, I was able to be evaluated and diagnosed for cancer, where my previous PCP ignored my symptoms and complaints.She can seem a little tough at times, but because she's very thorough and investigates when it's warranted. She listens and cares, and does referrals if she can't find the answer herself. I'm not sure I would've survived without her care.

condescending, unhelpful and shaming attitude with very little to offer in any positive sense. checked nothing except birthdate. awful experience in crisis situation. her only advice at the urgent care was to visit the e.r.

My family recently enrolled in the Park Wellness membership plan. The packages are affordable. We still have insurance, but their membership plan covers all our primary care needs and then some. And they come to my home! I called because our child was ill, and within a few hours, the team came to our house and didn't just check out our child, but all of us to make sure we didn't have any symptoms. Excellent. I have never seen this type of care. Amazing!
