Dr. Jennifer Horn, PHD

I am a past patient of Dr. Horn's. I saw her as a throughout my childhood and adolescent years. She helped with the treatment for my anxiety and hair pulling and helped properly diagnose my learning disability. As an adult, I cannot say enough about how helpful she was in helping me connect my thoughts, emotions and behaviors. She allowed me to speak my mind, and yes, I had one or two melt downs in her office, but I felt comfortable enough to do so and trusted her enough to be myself. I would not be where I am today without her. I was able to get all the way through graduate school, which would have been a struggle if I did not find good providers like her early on. If you're thinking of seeing her, please do. Best decision my family ever made.

He diagnostic techniques for assessing autism were a traumatic experience for my son. She intentionally provoked him into a meltdown and then explained his diagnosis in very ableist terms. I strongly advise against using her services. I left this review previously but mysteriously it disappeared.
