Compassionate, personable, and thorough. I had a few physicians when I moved to CT and had poor experiences. Her office was referred to me by a doctor who was a patient of Jennifer's practice. I met with her since no doctors were available at that time and have stayed with her since, choosing her as my PCP!

She is warm, kind and caring. She is quite knowledgeable, doesn’t rush through appointments, and I trust her 100% with my health.

I love Jenn, she’s a great Primary Care Provider who listens and isn’t afraid to try something new if current treatments aren’t working. The front office staff is just ok but her MA Louis is really friendly!

Jennifer was the best medical provider I have ever seen. She was very caring and kind to me. I had some paperwork for her to fill out for work and she said that it would only take her a day to fill it out and fax it in. I used to be with a different doctor who would take weeks to fill out paperwork and I had to keep calling to remind him. She was not like that at all, she seemed to understand the importance of timeliness with the paperwork. Also she provided me a portal on the Internet if I ever needed to reach her for anything. She spent a lot of time with me and she was the nicest medical provider I have ever seen. I would recommend everyone to see her.

Jennifer Karanian has misdiagnosed me so many times now that I usually just visit the walk-in clinic. I really need to find a real doctor.

Jennifer Karanian recently did my physical exam as my primary care doctor was not available. Jennifer did not pick up my heart murmur during the exam. She also ordered a number of blood tests that I have no reason why she ordered and they were rejected by Medicare. I visited the office twice to discuss the tests with her. I was told she was busy with patients but I could wait to see her. I waited for a while on both occasions but she never came out to see me nor did she call me.
