This was only my second annual visit with Dr. Killian. Her staff was friendly and professional in every way. Each explained exactly what they were doing and no one rushed me through. I am very satisfied with the service at Cleveland Eye Center.

Excellent patient interaction. Dr. Killian explained everything to me and took the time to get into details where I wasn't clear on certain aspects of my eye condition. She is supported by excellent staff - the whole team is '5 star'
