Very Disappointed for a NWOS Team Member
I've been going to Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists since 2010 (numerous surgeries and procedures over the years) and I've never had any of the office staff, nurses, or doctors treat me as poorly as Jennifer Knigge. The appointment started off with her being 25 minutes late arriving to the room I waited in. Then her phone kept ringing as I tried to explain to her my hip pain. She never seemed to pay attention to me as she was distracted by her phone (watch) and finally dismissed herself to take the call. She returned about 5 minutes later to tell me it was her daughter and she apologized. I ended up having to repeat everything I had previously told her as she didn't remember what I had said about my hip pain. She ordered x-rays, reviewed them and didn't see anything. Suggested that I probably had soft tissue problems and said I needed an MRI. I left feeling upset and unheard for the 1st time in all my many visits to NWOS. I recommend NWOS, not Knigge.
