My visit was via the phone. It went very well, I'm always glad when my appointments are with Jennifer. She is easy to talk to, makes me feel comfortable and not only answers my questions so that I understand, she offers information that I hadn't thought of. When I have to use the services your office provides, it's comforting to be able to talk with her.

This was my first experience with the Televisit or what ever it is called. Jennifer was professional but friendly and easy to talk with and the instructions and paper work before hand fairly easy to figure out. I have to say I was pretty hesitant about doing a visit that way, but I realize now how helpful to both parties it can be, especially for the elderly or handicapped. It was a positive experience for me. Thanks Diana Jones
