I saw Jennifer Lake for a few years mostly because I just needed someone to manage my medication. However, she began taking on new clients and letting students shadow her, and her bedside manner completely changed. It has been 2 months, and I still have yet to hear back about my appointment that SHE cancelled and needed to reschedule. If you care at all about quality of care and being treated like a human, DO NOT SEE JENNIFER. Pretty sure she self medicates as well as she often seems out of it. I decided to stop waiting around for her to call back and found a new counselor. I should have done this the first time she "forgot" about our appointment or even when she sent my prescription to another client.
