Both my mentally ill mom and daughter have been under the care of Dr. Lotery for years, and all I can say is the advice they've been given by her has been horrible. She is not qualified to care for their illness and has actually enabled my moms hoarding situation and has successfully helped keep my daughter away from me based on false accusations by my sick mother. I don't see how any doctor can legally keep practicing when all she seems to do is ruin lives.
