Jennifer McManus, CRNP

Dr. McManus is a wonderful heath care person to have on your team. She is caring and attentive and actually listens when I am talking. I did not feel at any point that she was not interested in what I was saying. So many doctors are too busy getting you quickly in and out, but Dr. McManus was not like that. I did not feel rushed at all. And she actually did a thorough exam and gave me great information to help with my diabetes. I will be happy to refer her to my family and friends.

Terribly rude "nurse"

Dr. McManus office is ok. I am going to try to give it another shot. Maybe it was just a bad day. I was recently seen as a new patient. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time to complete any new patient paperwork. I was also the first patient scheduled for the morning. After waiting for 25 minutes, someone finally came to the front desk, after I overheard someone tell them to see if the new patient was here. I had 4 non-complicated issues that I wanted to address, most of which just needed a referral. I was told to pick one. During the visit, I felt like she was a bit abrasive, spoke very fast, and slightly condescending. Good healthcare is extremely hard to find, so when looking for a provider, you are hoping to get quality care. How can you get to know a new patient, without going over a review of systems? I was very discouraged after my visit. A few times after that, I had to call the office multiple times for imaging results and failure to callback. They seem too busy.

Went to her office from a large practice because couldn’t get in to see my family doctor because he was always booked. Saw her maybe 3 times then when I became very ill with aneurysm need surgery and was a 3 week wait to get in for a pre-op exams for surgery even after I explained why I needed to be seen. No a reliable practice. Even left message for Dr to call me and she never did.

The best experience I have ever had at a Doctors office. I felt like I was her only patient, she listened to me, made me feel like we had known each other for years. I felt so comfortable, this is how every Doctor should make their patients feel!

Dr. McManus and her staff are AWESOME! If you want a medical group who truly cares that you get and stay healthy, you can't go wrong. I presented as a new patient nearly on death's door. She has helped me not just physically but emotionally and spiritually. The entire staff's concern and care have been heart touching. In 2 days, she was able to get me out of level 8 pain. I'm feeling so much healthier in under two months. Medical groups should be modeled after this one..For Sure.

Wonderful dr, really listens and cares about her patients. Not afraid to think outside of the box either. Highly recommend her
