No help whatsoever. Makes me wonder why I even bothered. Did help with an original problem but refuses to address anything else because of what she views as a conflict of interest. I see it as getting a different opinion and viewpoint.

Helped with an initial problem but refuses to help with anything else

I wish I never walked into Jen’s office because I would have saved myself so much pain and distress. All she did is throw treatments and medications at me that destroyed my quality of life even more and didn’t even work because she couldn't be bothered to take the time to listen to me and fully understand what was going on to begin with. Her medical gaslighting is ruthless, and I never want another woman to go through what I went through with Jen. I’ve talked to other women who also had horrible experiences with Jen, so she please be careful.

Brilliant. I can’t state my love and appreciation for Jen enough. I have been seeing her for 28 years, and she is unmatched in her abilities and talent. She got to the bottom of the sources of my pelvic pain after a dozen physicians failed (and this was at the beginning of her career) to get the whole diagnostic puzzle put together. That’s why I would travel any distance to see her. She’s simply the best. So really gets it, it’s not about weird expensive procedures that don’t work. Every time I see her, she knows exactly what I need to continue to live well. Highly recommend.

One of the nurses at the desk when I went to check out saw I was upset after my appointment with Jennifer, and she told me she completely understood. She said that she saw a lot of patients look the same way after leaving the office. There was no one else in the waiting area, so she whispered “she’s just not a good person” and suggested I look into going to another provider (who’s actually a doctor) that has an office not too far away. I wound up going and my experience with her so far has been a complete 180. She’s been everything that I desperately hoped Jen would be and more.

Jen has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen. I work with in the healthcare industry and interact with physicians, advanced practice providers, and patients all day… so that should tell you how bad she is.

Or at least that's who she thinks she is. A nurse Practitioner who thinks she's a doctor and believes she can treat her patients with thorough disrespect because of who she's married to. A delicate genius. The office staff is unresponsive and will outright lie if it suits their purpose.

Her bedside manner is amazing and she always takes time to listen to all your questions

Jen Fariello is a knowledgeable provider, but her billing practices are borderline unethical. She will tell you that she will be doing labs, not tell you if it's something routine covered by insurance, and then you'll get a surprise bill from insurance because the CPT codes they use are considered experimental and not covered by insurance.

Jennifer Fariello is the best! She is one of the best health care providers I have ever had. She is smart, compassionate and has excellent follow-through. I wish I had more stars.

Jennifer Fariello was extremely moody and extremely late. After a single visit it was clear she had no business being involved anywhere in healthcare. Everyone’s got problems, but a professional isn’t supposed to carry said problems to work and let them affect how they treat others. She was absolutely terrible and I would never recommend service like that to anyone. Women have enough of a hard time dealing with these health problems to begin with. Moody practitioners simply aren’t appreciated.

Jennifer really put me back on the path to getting my life back together. She always made me feel comfortable and confident that she was genuinely concerned for my well being. As a male with pelvic floor dysfunction it has been difficult to not only find someone to treat me, but someone who I feel was dedicated to not just doing the bare minimum to get me out the door. She went above and beyond to help me treat and cure my condition. She will be missed in PA and I wish her well in NY.
