They refuse to renew my prescription because I have not come to visit them since 2022. I haven’t been to visit them because I feel like they don’t actually care and only want to take care of people that have money.

Poor listener, my health profile and records were incorrectly transcribed. She was rude, and sarcastic during my apt. She would abruptly ask me a question and when I tried to answer she cut me off, speak over me. I was not given an opportunity to speak. If I am not given the opportunity to speak then how is she listening? Most people want a health care provider who will listen. The apt lasted about 2-3 mins. She pointed to my lab work and said to me why don't you tell me what all this means. I responded and said why don't YOU tell me what all this means. She grabbed my paperwork from my hand and flipped thru the pages very fast and said you don't have this, you don't have that, etc. She was shaking and then got up and left the room and said she would find someone else to help me. I told her not to bother I was leaving and wanted my copay back. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. It was the strangest encounter I have ever had with a health care provider.
