Lousy office staff Uncaring No follow through

I have endured a lot in the last few years and deal with various health issues. I love Jennifer. I feel like I am talking to a friend rather than a Medical Professional. She has compassion to my issues and we work together on treatment. I was upset after a conversation with a staff member over my medications. I had just had my appointment and hung up feeling as though I was being accused of dishonesty. I am worried about this issue and hopeful I misunderstood. I do recommend her!

I have always had a great experience with Jennifer. She listens well and has always taken care of my needs. I have always received a call back when I have a question. Keep in mind this is mostly an indigent office, so there seems to be a large amount of patients, which could result in later call backs and appointment setting. Again though, I have had nothing but positive experiences.

NPC is a caring person but this medical office is poorly run. After several years of treating my adult Edwards Syndrome daughter, we found my daughter a new provider. Ms. Pickett did not follow through on referrals nor did she follow through on medical equipment needs. When calling this office, the staff is always too busy to take calls. You are left on hold as long as 20 minIf you leave a message, you may get a call back but more often than not, they do not call back to ensure they make contact
