I am a 20 year old female who really believes in the benefits of therapy. During my first few meetings with Jennifer, I felt that she was very transactional (always put the money first), and gave me basic responses to deeply personal problems. I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt, but during our third session, she declined my request to move our appointment because of a COVID test, then when I showed up a few minutes late to the Telehealth appointment, she charged the $135 cancellation fee and spent the rest of the hour declining my calls and emailing me instead about how I shouldn't "blame her for my choice to be late," and how she doesn't want to "waste her time" on me. It was really a traumatic experience as I couldn't afford the cancellation fee on my college student salary at the time and let her know that as well. She was incredibly unempathetic and honestly made me rethink my entire decision to go to therapy. Steer clear if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares.

Such a caring and helpful therapist. She really goes out of her way to support her clients.

I would be very careful sharing my credit card information or personal information with Jennifer; I can personally testify that she has the heart to misuse either and / or both of them. Unfortunate & during COVID. If you’re in need of mental healing, I’d be super careful with Jennifer.
