Mrs.Jennifer Roberts-Clayton, MS is very, very detailed, and communicates with the utmost compassion. Most of the time it’s in and out with a quickness but she takes the time to listen. Their office is very efficient. I love the text reminders. Some of us have a lot of doctors appointments and those text messages are a lifesaver. I don’t think I would be able to make my appointments without them. If I have to call with a problem, as far as my medication, they’re all over it with a quickness so we can all be on our
A-game. I never feel like a nuisance. I’ve made strides with my doctors help. She’s helping me feel like me again. They All EARNED every one of their 5 stars across the board!!! Honestly, there’s just not very many times where I don’t just feel like a number so I pray they never move!!!!

ADDIDITION: Jennifer has turned me from a basket case to a woman with a smile on her face most of the time. She’s not a miracle worker so you need to do the work and you have to want to be happy but she definitely suggests and gives you the tools you need to make that happen. Her smile and her Grace are infectious, and Gives you your start for CHANGE!!

The staff (front desk and APP's) are all wonderful. They genuinely care and prioritize concerns and needs. They actually ACTIVELY listen. We've never had a bad experience and like most everyone in our world today-our family has a lot going on (what can I say, we're a family of 6) & sometimes perspective is all we need-Geode in Mansfield has been such a great resource and I am forever grateful for all the team does at this location-i wouldn't have been able to get through some of life's challenges the past few months without you guys.

Katherine greeted me and got me set up on my phone to do the check. Jennifer was my Pa. She had me taking laughing crying. Knew what I am going through Explained it to me and now I know I’m not the only one. By that after my pharmacy text me my medication was ready. I feel ready to deal with just life. ????

My psychiatrist is super great! She’s very kind, you can tell she genuinely cares about your wellbeing. The office is great. I’ve had to call in before to have my Tele health link resent and the staff was incredibly kind and got the link sent straight away.

My provider talked about her own friend who was ‚Äúmanic‚Äù and had manic episodes while she laughed about it. Meanwhile, I‚am in tears over here because I‚am actually struggling and do not find it to be a laughing matter. This is very real to me, my life.
