ALL of the staff were fantastic! From check-in to check-out it was wonderful. I'm a nurse but when YOU are the sick one, you just want help. I was seen quickly. Positive Flu A (#$&%) Jennifer gave me medication options and I was in terrible pain, which she also took care of. Her upbeat personality makes it hard to feel badly! I left the appointment with all of my concerns taken care of. I have already passed on her med recommendation to my co-workers and my PCP. My PCP sent me here when I was symptomatic but no way to get worked in to an appt. Saw my PCP today for follow up and she was thrilled with my care as well.

Jennifer was very thorough in evaluating my mother after she fell. She was also very compassionate, and listened to what we had to say.

Jennifer demonstrated compassion through her concern, empathy and advice. I never felt rushed or trivialized. She understood my situation and her analysis was on spot.

Jennifer was caring, understanding, easy to talk to and thorough in testing to diagnose my issue. Besides helping me with the inflammation and pain she gave me a plan for further treatment (therapy) to help eliminate the situation in the future.

She was very thorough with me and how I was feeling, explain what she thought I needed to have done as far as tests and advised me is what to do when I had left there
