Hello, my name is Jennifer Smart.  I have been a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist for over 15 years. I'm a certified LEAP therapist.  I founded Smart Nutrition, LLC to bring my passion for nutrition education to the public.  I specialize in seeing patients with chronic kidney disease (any stage).
