Had an appointment. Mistakenly went to ACMC rather than the new office. When made aware that she was across the street I went there only to be told because I was 11 minutes late that she couldn't see me. One of the women waiting to see her had an appointment at 4:15, it was 4:55 and she was still waiting, that's a full 40 minutes past her appointment. My time is valuable also as is everyone elses. I had to reschedule with a different NP and will not use this particular person in the future. When you are treated like a number rather than a person and a patient, even before seeing them, it's not someone I want overseeing my care. Healthcare providers are rarely on time and double and sometimes triple book or book at 5 minute intervals knowing the wait time will be much longer. I almost NEVER place a bad review on anyone's servicds. But, to me, that was rude and condescending.
