They always answer me quickly when I use the portal OR leave a message. I am able to make an appointment when I need to. Jennifer is professional but very friendly and personable. Explains everything and is thorough. So, so glad I found her.

I could not get in to see her. She would not allow a tele visit or a phone call, or a needed refill. I ended up running out of my meds and ended up in the ER having a Hypertensive episode. My ER doctor stated that it was irresponsible of my provider to let me go without meds, even a courtesy refill for 10 days should have be done. I got the next week, she couldn’t understand why I was upset about the situation. She took ZERO responsibility as my provider. I am a compliant pt, I take my meds regularly, I keep my doctors appts. She told me I was obviously in a “tiffy” mood and what did I want her to do. I told her that I felt like she should care as my provider and take the blame for her front desk ---because she blamed them for not having all the info. She rushes through appts, cuts you. The next day I received a message from Jennifer through the portal titled “ATTITUDE” and told ME to find another doctor. She already knew I would NOT be returning to see her!

She does not allow patients to ask questions.

Horrible, has no Buisness practicing medicine. Complete patient neglect. Does not understand labs, listen to patient concerns and will only allow one complaint per visit even for a new patient appointment. I left completely lost and in the dark. I was sent here assigned by Tri-Care. She specializes in cosmetics, NOT general medical care. Don’t waste your time or money

Ms.Sturcken asked questions that have never been asked by a family practice Doctor! Ms. Sturcken is very thorough and is HONEST! She is fabulous, no rush,set appropriate follow up appointments. Returns calls promptly,addresses any and all questions. Her staff is just as wonderful as she is. I look forward to ALL my visits with her and staff. There is just not enough words to describe this compassionate and truly caring PAC.

One of the only medical providers I have ever had that truly cares about everyone that walks in the door! She remembers you and treats you as a person. I left feeling worthless, hopeless and immediately called my insurance to see about finding a new PCM. PA Sturcken made medical judgements without knowing my medical history or even understanding some of my past diagnosis. She did not want to continue to follow the same medical care plans as previous healthcare providers I’ve had over the past 10- 15 yrs; however she also did not provide a new course of action either, leaving me in limbo, without needed medications, treatments or a plan.

She is an awesome PA. I now have my entire family see her. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I love this lady. I have just been with this practice a few months but she already feels like I have been her patient for years. She has already got me caught up on all past due tests my old doctor hadn't bothered with. And thanks to that my colon cancer was found early.

Dr. Sturcken is great! She takes the time to get to know you, not just your ailment. She is very caring and makes you feel comfortable no matter the circumstances. Her office staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. I would recommend her to anybody needing a referral!

She was absolutely fantastic in treating a very painful abscess I had. She went above and beyond in my care! The whole staff was kind and caring. They all made a bad situation doable! I am eternally grateful!
