VERY EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE,AND TOOK CARE OF MY EARS IN A VERY KIND AND GENTLE WAY !! WILL SEE HER AGAIN IN 6 MONTHS !! SHE WAS EXCELLENT IN WHAT SHE DID FOR ME TODAY!!
