Definitely worth the wait to get in! We made the mistake of goin FB elsewhere first and it was a disaster. Dr.Sumner is comprehension, kind and works well with kids. She did thorough testing and gave us an accurate diagnosis and a written plan. Plus she explains things and does not just gloss over it. Highly recommend!!

This doctor is one of the few on most insurance that does diagnostics in Tulsa. Once she did the testing and had a clear diagnosis of autism she said the child couldn't be autistic because the child "made eye contact and was holding a conversation". Anyone on the spectrum knows that line is the biggest cop-out line of poorly informed psychologist/ therapists. 6 months for a professional who is so poorly informed it makes me furious. Now go out of state, and it's what I recommend to others.
