She knew what I was experiencing and had an appropriate treatment plan. She did not leave me to suffer with my sinus infection. Also, had suggestions that are proving to work, to keep the condition from repeating itself.

Ms . Vincent and all staff that I encountered during my visit were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They all made you feel listened to and worked toward finding a solution to my situation. Ms. Vincent was professional and efficient without making me feel rushed.

Thoroughly explained my sickness in a manner that I could easily understand and did not seem rushed or distracted even though I’m sure she was very busy. I appreciated her using the computer to show me photos of different types of infected tonsils and pointing out what mine most resembled. Her demeanor was warm and friendly and I felt she really listened to my explanation of my symptoms. A very pleasant experience.

I had an unexpected fall and wasn't sure if I had a fracture. Jennifer was my physician that day. I was very pleased she was my care person. She took extra time with me to ensure I knew what my recovery time would be approximately. Additionally Jennifer located a radiology location I could visit to have an Xray taken. When it was returned she took additional time and reviewed it after hearing I didn't have a break. She thought the Xray should be reviewed one more time based on an area she observed might be a problem. Turns out it was. Didn't change my recovery information but let me know I needed to take extra care during healing. I appreciated that so much.
