Incorrectly codes, need to learn proper diagnosis
I am writing this as a doctor - this midwife needs to learn to properly diagnose and utilize ICD10 codes. Upon review of my medical records, I found several incorrect and non-applicable ICDs associated with my health. Thank GOD, we didn't let her deliver our baby. We opted for a c-section for safety reasons.
