Waiting time before appointment was appropriate. Ms Willard was very professional, listened attentively, was very cautious related to flu vaccine and possible allergies, inquired and proceeded to ask the nurse about administering the vaccine, which was done taking all necessary precautions. Ms Willard referred me to an orthopedic doctor concerning severe pain in my left hip and to a surgeon concerning a cist on my back. She was attentive, kind and very professional.
