She makes you feel horrible for asking a question. Won’t give you a reason for what she’s doing. Talks about above you and if you ask for to explain again gets irritated and makes you feel like it’s your fault. Also, is trying to charge me more than my copay each visit even though listed as a PCP. You must make multiple follow up appointments and getting ahold of the clinic is nearly impossible.

Jennifer and her office staff are extremely kind and helpful. Jennifer took the time to listen to all I had to say and give knowledgable advice for my specific situation. I did not feel rushed through my time with her. I would recommend her office to anyone looking for a provider that is caring and knowledgable in PCOS issues.

As always, Dr. Jen gave a detailed explanation of my visit, the reason for changing the disagree of my medication, and gave me reassurance on another health issue. I appreciate her patience and expertise.

*She milks your insurance! She seems to find every reason to make you schedule another appointment before she can resolve the issue. In a primary care visit will only talk about 1 thing each time, makes you schedule additional appointment for every little thing you want to ask. You end up paying all these co-pays. *Makes you wait in the room 25-50 minutes after your appointment time. The first 2 appointments this was not the case but once established, they get you in the room immediately and then you sit waiting for the doctor well past your appointment time. *They hardly work on Thursday and Fridays so appointments must be Mon-Wed. *She seems rushed and talks a lot but does not actually listen to your needs. I finally said something to her at my last appointment about how she is making me schedule many appointments to get anything done and always very late and her response was that is her business model and it probably isn't a good fit for me.

Jen is great!!! I am currently pregnant with my first baby and have been seeing Jen for the whole pregnancy! She listens to all my concerns and makes sure we take the steps needed to fix anything. She takes her time with her patients and makes sure I don’t leave with any unanswered questions or worries! The front office girls are great as well! Always super nice and welcoming! The only downside is I wish Jen was delivering my baby but I understand she isn’t doing deliveries right now! Definitely recommend this place

I’m a new client with issues if medication. Jennifer seems to want to help bring me back to health. I like her office, just being cautious

I’m a new patient and my first visit went very well. Jennifer was very professional and timely, she answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

My first appointment with Jenn was amazing. She is so down to earth and knowledgeable and made it a point to make me feel comfortable and really listen to me. I was a big ball of nerves and she helped calm me down. I am so excited and grateful to have found such a caring Doctor. Not only was she amazing, but her staff was so incredibly nice and welcoming. Jen was nice for the 7 minutes I actually interacted with her. A contrast to dealing with her practice.

I HATE going for womens preventive health appointments. Today was the first time I felt at ease and not rushed. From the front desk to planning my course of care-Dr Jen was kind, funny patient and very knowledgeable. For the first time in years, I will not be trying to manage my own care and I will be a compliant patient because this office feels very open and “non-judgy” if that makes sense. As a nurse practitioner myself-I am very well informed in many medical matters, except womens health, not so much. Dr Jen impressed me BIG TIME! Thank you guys so much ! Keep up the good work and excellent bedside manner!

My third appointment I used the tele-doc option. It was so convenient and doc eased My mind as I filled her in after I did my first HRT Pellet process. I loved that she listened to all my different changes and how I felt for at least 10 minutes. Ms. Jennifer addressed everything I mentioned and what it meant and what was really happening with my first run with HRT. It hasn’t even been a month. What relief for me within 15 minutes. She gave me a lot of different options to do for certain things I mentioned. She also said go give blood sooner and go next day. This way I get the hormones levels to her asap. I understand this is a process and not a quick fix and this helps her to continue her goal that she is amazingly educated about and explained to stay course. And for me I get that and know she has already changed my life being 57 with my only son that’s a huge active 14 year old baseball player and I need to feel better. I am so grateful for her and the entire staff.

Jennifer definitely is knowledgeable, caring, and up to date on latest treatment. I highly recommend her.

I had a Dr. in north Phoenix that I just loved and had been going to for years, so when I moved to the SE side of the Valley I was looking for someone new. I'm so happy that I found Jennifer. She is kind, compassionate, and really listened to me, and I feel I'm going to get the care I need. I highly recommend her to anyone. Best of all is that she's both a GP and an OBGYN so now I only have to visit one person for all of my needs. :)

Bad, just bad

I was extremely disappointed with the care I got from Jennifer Wright Bennon at Luxe Womens center. I recently moved to AZ & paid $215 for an appointment but she wouldn’t do an exam. She only wrote a 3 month hormone prescription & said that I had to come back for an exam, although I had spoken to her personally on the phone and told her what I needed (she led me to believe I would be receiving both). In OH I go to my gynecologist once a year & receive an exam and prescriptions for a year . Then COVID-19 hit so I wasn’t able to go back in to have an exam. When I called for more prescription refills they said I had to do a virtual appointment. Obviously that would cost another $215. I’ve called the office 3 times & written her a personal letter that I hand delivered to the office believing there must be a misunderstanding. She will not even return my calls!

Jennifer is great. She is very compassionate and makes you feel very comfortable.

I had an excellent appointment with Jennifer today. She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. I have been searching for a new primary care provider since I moved here 3 years ago. I am always very reluctant to go see any type of doctor. I am glad I found Luxe and Jennifer.

I loved having Jennifer as my OB for my first pregnancy! I could always text her if I had any questions or was worried about something. She helped me deliver my beautiful daughter Eva! Jennifer is kind, and doesn’t judge you. She made my pregnancy a breeze, thank you Jen!
