There is no likelihood of me recommending this provider to anyone. I am supportive of NPs and the care they provide, but this one is a disappointment. She asked my son if he had routine eye exams and he answered affirmatively. She then asked him to have his provider call is he saw any signs of increased intracranial pressure. Duh! She had ordered a shunt series at the visit. "It looks like it may be broken at the neck, but we will have to wait for the X-ray to be read." Excuse me. Malfunctioning VP shunts don't wait a year for the next follow-up appointment to be addressed. They are addressed asap. If this is where we are with this office, no thanks. And I am an FNP-BC. 18 years with Dr. Harris left us over-confident in his ability to select his own replacement.
