He’s superbly knowledgeable and personable and keeps my kidneys in check! He even diagnosed a parathyroid issue from our conversation and a blood test. Off to the endocrinologist and surgery to remove and I felt immediately better, like the next morning better! The man knows his stuff!

Had follow-up appointment after acute urinary retention issue. Appointment was almost right on time. Jeremiah Hays was very efficient, knowledgeable and personable.

I was scheduled to see Dr Harmon, but he was not there as he personally was out of the office for medical reasons. His office had not notified me my six month appointment could. not be kept so upon arrival they offered me to services of PA Jeremiah Hays. I had made a 93 mile trip and willingly accepted. I am very happy with my decision to use PA Hays as he was EXCELLENT. He reviewed my condition and prior treatment fully. He answered all of my questions, fully explained his answers and satisfied all my concerns. He also explained what additional blood work would be done that day; when I could expect my lab results; and the parameters of those results. Very thorough, complete and informative.

He did not listen to me when I told him I had a problem. He told me that I should not contact him again unless there was lots of blood or I had chills and fevers. I had to call another doctor that gave me the advice I needed to get rid of the pain.

Jeremiah Hays is not the type of provider that I want to have to give my care. He was more concerned about a woman my age (as he put it) and urinary incontinence rather than my issues with only having one kidney and a history of infections and kidney stones. He didn't even address the pain issues I had been having and did not examine me at all. I had to call back to the office to get my urine results and bloodwork.
