Dr. Jeremy Hertza, PSY

This doctor was used to give his opinion regarding an FMLA claim. After two medical professionals and a therapist suggested that I take a leave of absence for a panic disorder I was suffering, this 'doctor' stated that he saw no reason why I could not perform my duties. My medical records told a completely different story. I assume the only reason the insurance company chose this individual is because he already has such low grades, that he would be willing to make sure they received the desired outcome. It makes no sense to get the opinion of a 1.8-star doctor when two doctors with medical scores over 4 had completely different opinions. Unless you are an insurance company, I can't see any reason you would use this doctor for treatment.

I have personally encountered Dr. Hertza. You won't know you are being analyzed so the profit-centered health care corporations can hurt you, but that is what he does.

Unethical practitioner who administered testing without authorization and then held results hostage until payment was received. To top it off, his office has not responded to requests for a Tax ID Number so we could submit the claim to insurance. Jeremy Hertza told us he was a "pretty transparent guy." He was right... he is clearly more interested in making money than serving the interests of his patients and their families.

If I could give him 0 stars I would. I suffered two major seizures and was told to see him. He is a very nice doctor and seemed like he was going to help me but NEVER did. Repeatedly called the office on multiple occasions and no one ever picks up. When someone does she tells you exactly what you to hear "oh I'll talk to dr. Hertza and will get back you immediately ." Dr. Hertza is very knowledgeable about Parkinson's Disease - its symptoms, complications, and of the life changing alterations to the patients mental and physical abilities. His comprehension of the family dynamics resulting from these drastic changes is exceptional and his communication skills are excellent. He helps the patient and the family members deal successfully with this disease to retain respect and admiration for one another and acceptance of the new normal. He is compassionate.
