I highly recommend Dr. Phillips. I have been a patient of his off and on for several years. Also, as a massage therapist for 15 years, I know the importance of quality chiropractic care. I have referred multiple clients to Dr. Phillips' for advanced therapy (including A.R.T.), and have always been thanked from those clients for the referral.
