Jessica is a great therapist
Telehealth
I started therapy with Jessica about 6 months ago. I was hesitant to start meeting with a new therapist, but I'm glad I did. She has so many helpful tools and suggestions. She is very professional. She is not a therapist that just listens and nods; she helps find solutions, work through issues, and asks though provoking questions. She seems to have a lot of knowledge on various mental health disorders and treatments.

I think she was maybe early on in giving therapy but has some biases/stigmas around autistic/neurodivergent minds. It was suggested that I was "seeking" a specific diagnosis by doing research and asking about it and also suggested that "IF I were autistic, I would have been upset by a change in my appointment time" ..... HELLO? This person cannot even diagnose Autism and has these misconceptions about it. I DO hope she learns more about Autism and is able to better provide for her clients.
