She is one of the best counselors you could hope for. She listens to what you have to say and is excellent at educating her patients on the nature of their sickness. Jessica offers help not just with your surface issue (drug/alcohol addiction) but also with the way you think. She teaches cognitive behavioral skills to help guide her patients to a more positive, realistic, and constructive way of thinking Which helps immensely with a good amount of mental illnesses they may also be struggling with (I.e. anxiety and depression). I highly recommend Jessica as a counselor if you are looking to make a change for the better in your unmanageable life.
