I started seeing Jessica for therapy about 4 months ago. Before I started seeing her I had never believed that seeing a therapist would actually work and make an affect on me. I was really struggling and have been for decades and really needed someone to help me make sense of it all and myself for that matter so I decided to give it a go. I had tried a few times in the past but had never found anyone that I felt like really got me and I would always end up leaving feeling worse. From the very first session with Jessica I could tell I had been completely mistaken about my ill perceived connotation about therapy. Jessica has radically changed my life and has helped me so eloquently understand and comprehend the world around me and has helped me gracefully learn and unlearn the parts. She has taught me self love, courage, strength, and empathy. I have never felt so self aware, safe, and strong. Thank you Jessica!
