I, personally, was always taken care of by her, very well! Worries always listened to, time taken to explain anything and everything to detail, tests to ease any anxieties. Respectful and kind touch! This coming from a trans non-binary soft spoken people pleaser who finds it hard to ask for things and never expecting such a respectful doctor to be my first adult primary caretaker. I couldn’t have asked for a better one.

First time seeing her and I can already tell how sad and pathetic she is toward patient care. I agree with the first reviewer and she is the most empathic human I've seen so far. CHC must not care about who they hire to take best the care of their patient. She will enforce you to agree with her if you say no. Hortmann might have gotten the title of being an "APRN" but she is farthest from being a provider. After seeing her I'll be changing who I see next time. Do not recommend this nurse at all.
