I have never had a provider spending so much time explaining and using illustration, and drawings make sure I understood the procedure he was going to perform. Made me feel very comfortable about the surgical procedures.

Excellent experience. Jessica suggested a couple of possibilities (Endoscopy and pH Monitoring) as well as the thought of pursuing a pulmonologist, for my symptoms were not totally aligned with having GERD. It was very helpful to have an appointment with her; to have someone truly searching for answers.
