Jessica is amazing! She works so well with my autistic son. He loves her, and it’s obvious she cares a great deal about him. He has been seeing her for years, and without her I don’t think my son would be functioning so well today. She is patient and kind, and I could not recommend her more! Due to legal and abuse issues my son has been through with his father, who thankfully has no contact with my son currently, we have been court ordered to see many therapists and not one I have met so obviously cares about a child’s welfare the way she does. I could never thank her enough for what she’s done for my child.

Horrible experience. I called to make an appointment for my son to be tested for autism. I was told the waiting list was 6 months long. I left my name and phone number. 8 months later I heard nothing, so I called and after leaving several messages was told my phone number was wrote down wrong. So, my son waited 8 months for nothing. Also, there was never an apology or sense of urgency when the error was discovered. It was actually the opposite, I even received a call from the office manager telling me I gave the wrong number? Ok. Who doesn’t know their own number? I will never recommended and will tell others of my terrible customer service experience! If I could give less than 1 star I would!
