Jessica is warm, professional, and very skilled. While some therapists spend the entire hour teaching skills, and others spend it primarily talking/processing, Jessica strikes a perfect balance between the two so that I always felt supported and validated but also learned vital skills to carry out into the world. She also responded quickly to my request for a consultation and happily answered my many questions. Just a fantastic therapist!
