Jessica was very thorough in obtaining my medical history as a new patient. There was no rush, and she answered all my questions and concerns. I asked for referrals to other specialists as I am new in town. The next day, I received the referrals! I couldn’t have asked for a better appointment.

Jessica reviewed my lab work, explaining each result. She took the time to answer any questions I had.

I had an appointment for over two weeks for a vaccination that I need to travel out of the country. The day of my appointment I get a call two hours before my scheduled time asking what my appointment was for. I inform the RN that I need a vaccination to travel. She then puts me on hold to ask the PA something(which I was told she was an NP) and comes back on the line to tell me I need to go to a travel clinic. My appointment got cancelled for me and now I get to pay an extra unplanned $150.
