Do not schedule!
Not only was her manner brisk and dismissive, she charted an incorrect, incomplete history along with documenting she had performed tasks that she did not complete. She documented a head to toe assessment, which she did not complete. She charted a gyno exam, which she did not complete. I regret scheduling an appointment with this provider.
