Ms Mazzone's astute observation and quick action literally saved my wife's life. Jessica happened to stop by to explain an upcoming surgical procedure. My wife's condition had rapidly deteriorated and Jessica noticed things were out of sort. She checked and found my wife's pulse o2 level was dropping, and she jumped into immediate action. She took control (even though she was not primary ) began full o2 therapy, and coordinated a rapid response that saved my wife's life. Thank you Jessica!
